As the founder and CEO of Alpha Omega Consulting, Dr. Lee brings both fundamental and innovative business trainings and strategies to his clients. He practices and preaches work-life balance and works only three mornings a week at his clinic. Teaching other doctors how to reach their dream practice is a passion of his. 

With an MBA degree to go along with her Doctor of Chiropractic training, Dr. Emel is a force to be reckoned within the chiropractic business world. She had one of the fastest rises to a million dollar practice ever seen. This naturally led to her taking on a role as a lead coach with Alpha Omega. She is now leading and shaping the next wave of superstars!

Dr. Jerome Melad is a highly skilled chiropractor with over 22 years of practice experience. He has been the senior associate doctor at Lee Chiropractic for the past five years and has played an instrumental part in building and developing the advanced treatment solutions model that is sought out by so many in the local community. He is well-versed in both the clinical and business applications of using decompression, shockwave and laser therapy. 

Matt Richter made an ultra successful transition from an average relief care practice to an uber successful million dollar corrective care clinic. He utilizes advanced treatments such as decompression, shockwave and laser. Other strengths lie in team management and being the director of our accountability groups. 

An Dao has been a cornerstone at Dr. John Lee's practice for the past 15 years. She has served in almost every role as a chiropractic assistant. She excels with front office operations, marketing, and team management. With the wealth of knowledge and experience she possesses in the world of chiropractic business, she is excited to teach team members from other practices how to achieve and run a dream practice alongside their doctors.

Jackie Gibson served an essential role as one of the managers at Lee Chiropractic for the past two and half years. She brought to the table her nearly 15 years of customer service and team management in the grocery industry. She currently has transitioned to a key role of project management and client support at Alpha Omega Consulting.
